After service commitment and assurance
All the sell product can be offered technical support for maintenance and technical services for one year unpaid. During the year, encountered major celebrations or activities, we can give gratis guidance of professional and technical staff and provide technical applications support.
In case of product quality issues or technical support buyer demand, in response to six hours, within 24 hours to solve the problem.

Maintenance for system
Quality assurance period, the manufacturer of the system implemented by the maintenance and repair would only receive cost of producing the device, Artificial not charge fees and the specific device from the standard fee for consultations between the two sides.
According to the "prevention first" principle, within the quality assurance, manufacturers will be regularly (once every four months) to have a inspecting maintenance to ensure the system’s design life (Local buyers) or offer maintenance notification and suggestions for overseas buyers.
After service is from the manufacturer’s customer service center.

Products Insurance
LED Lighting:
Two years guarantee with usage according the manual (max. temp. currents, voltage etc).

LCD monitor:
One year guarantee with usage according the manual (max. temp. currents, voltage etc).


Lead Time
Normally around 7-15 days (depend on different model), the exact lead time will be informed by our relevant stall after model No confirmed.
